Your responsibilities

• Supporting our agile teams in IT and telecommunication related processes
• Be our touchpoint for first level support 
• Independent solution of hard- and software problems
• Create and update manuals and help articles for our colleagues
• Communication and coordination with external service providers
• Administration of different phone systems
• Management, documentation and inventory of hardware 
• Development of IT-based solutions and optimization concepts for operational processes

Your skills

• Student/graduate in the field of IT/computer science/network engineering/business administration
• Alternatively, min. 2 years of experience in IT support or a network technology related role
• Knowledge of/experience with MS Office suite, switching and routing, IP phones 
• Full working proficiency in German, with very good English language skills 
• Quick comprehension, decisiveness and communication skills
• Organizational talent, high degree of initiative and service mentality
  Independent, conscientious and structured way of working
